Understanding the Stash Optimizer
The stash optimizer analyzes your active loadouts and calculates exactly what materials you need to keep in your stash. It considers crafting recipes, your workshop levels, and different optimization strategies to give you the most efficient stash configuration.
Display Modes
- Minimum Required: Calculates exactly what you need to craft the specified quantity of each loadout. Use the number input beside each loadout to set how many copies you want to craft.
- Max Stash: Fills your available stash space optimally across all loadouts. The number input becomes a ratio/multiplier - higher values mean that loadout gets proportionally more of the stash space.
Optimization Strategies
- Max Primitive: Store everything as base materials - maximum flexibility to craft whatever you need when you need it.
- Convenience: Keep all items already crafted and ready to use - grab and go, no crafting needed before a raid.
- Space Optimized: Smart mix of primitives and crafted items to maximize the number of loadouts you can store per stash slot.
Workshop Configuration
The optimizer uses your workshop configuration to determine what can be crafted. Make sure to set your workshop levels accurately - this affects which recipes are available and what primitive materials you need.
Pro Tips
- Start with Max Primitive strategy if you're still experimenting with builds - it gives you the most flexibility.
- Use Space Optimized when you have limited stash space but want to store materials for multiple loadouts.
- Click on any item to see its details and crafting recipe in the Item Database.
- Disable inactive loadouts in the Loadout Planner to exclude them from calculations.
